How can I pay the remaining balance ?

The remaining balance can be paid in cash, through booking site, cashapp or venmo on the day of your appointment.Tips are accepted Thank you for your support.

Kimi Braids provides braiding and boho hair in natural colors 1, 1B, 2, 4, 27, 30, 613, 99j, burgundy, 530 etc please contact me for others colors.

Can I bring my own hair ?

Yes, clients are welcome to provide their own hair for their appointment. However, the service price will remain the same, regardless of whether the hair is provided by Kimi Braids or the client.Please note that bringing your own hair may extend the appointment time, as all client-provided hair must be properly prepared and organized before the service begins. Kimi Braids prepares the hair in advance as part of the normal service process, so additional preparation may be required when clients bring their own hair.Thank you for understanding that the additional preparation time does not change the service price.

Can I book same day appointment ?

Same day appointment are not available at that moment, book at least 24 hours before your appointment. You can always contact me through my social media and ask for availability.

Late Arrival Policy

A 15-minutes grace period is allowed for all appointments.After the 15-minutes grace period, a $20 late fee will automatically be added to your service total.Arriving 30 minutes or more late will result in the automatic cancellation of your appointment unless discussed prior, and your deposit will be forfeited.Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a transfer of your deposit toward a future appointment.Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your $35 deposit.

If you need to make changes to your appointment, please communicate with Kimi Braids as soon as possible.Changes to the selected style, length, size, or other service details may affect the price and appointment duration.

Please no additional guests to ensure a comfortable, peaceful, and professional environment during your appointment. Parents or guardians accompanying minors are welcome when necessary.

No-Show Policy

Accepted Answer

Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. Your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings will required 50% deposit ahead.

Refund

Accepted Answer

All services are non-refundable but can be fixed or address as soon as possible. Please communicating with your stylist is important.-If I cancel your appointment you will be refunded.-If you cancel your appointment your deposit won't be refunded but can be transfer if cancelation was done 24hours prior to the appointment.-If I am late you will be accommodated of $20 off. -If you are late you will pay a $20 late fees.
